How long does shipping take?
Orders will be processed and shipped within 48 business hours. Orders ship via Ground Shipping, delivery times vary from 1-5 business days depending on proximity to the warehouse.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately Crunchies does not ship internationally.

Does your product have any allergens I should be aware of?
Each product may contain allergens. Please refer to each item on the shop page to see a list of what it may contain. Click HERE to view the items.

I received a bag that is not crunchy, what can I do?
If you feel you received product that is not to your crunchy standards, you can try placing the product in the refrigerator to bring back that nice Crunch.  Refrigeration can rejuvenate the crispiness of freeze-dried fruit to a certain degree. If this still does not work please reach out to us with the lot code and expiration date from the bag and we will be happy to assist you.

Are your products organic?
Our products are not organic certified. However, they do not contain any skin of the fruit, which is the major carrier of chemical contaminants.

What other ways can your products be consumed besides snacking?

Crunchies Freeze Dried Fruit is a great snack to have in salads, smoothies, cereals, oatmeal or even drinks! Try our Chocolate Panned Freeze-Dried fruits as a topping on your ice cream, in yogurt, or baked into various dessert recipes.

What is Crunchies return policy?

We want to make sure you’re happy. Please email info@crunchiesfood.com with a picture of the problem accompanied with the lot code and expiration on the bag. The lot code is the 6 digit stamped number on the back of the bag.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, orders that exceed $80 qualify for free shipping.
